Terms of delivery for the online store

General information about the online store

The City of Naantali, business ID 0135457-2, sells facility use shifts. Shifts can be purchased by adults. Use of the service requires the customer to provide correct and up-to-date contact information. Prices include value-added tax (VAT). The right to change prices is reserved.

Ordering

Shifts are reserved via the shopping cart at: (https://osteri.pusatec.fi/naantali). Shifts are confirmed by email, with the exception of individual tennis court shifts, which are activated immediately after payment and are available with the access code provided in the confirmation during the reserved time.

The confirmation states the price of the reservation and the target facility. Receiving an order confirmation requires providing an email address at the time of the order. With each order, the customer agrees to the current terms of delivery and facility-specific additional instructions.

Payment methods

Products are paid for at the time of the order. The following payment methods can be used in the online store: Nordea, Osuuspankki, Aktia, OP, Säästöpankki, Handelsbanken, S-Pankki, Ålandsbanken, omaSP, DanskeBank, POP, and credit cards. Payment takes place through the Paytrail Oyj website.

Sports and cultural benefits are not yet available as payment methods. At the City Hall service point, Edenred cards/mobile payments are also accepted.

The payment mediation service related to online bank payments is implemented by Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. From the user's perspective, the service works exactly like traditional online payment.

Paytrail Oyj will be shown as the recipient on your bank or credit card statement. For complaints, please contact the website the payment was made to.

Delivery time

The purchase is loaded immediately. The order confirmation includes facility-specific instructions and an access code, or if the facility does not have a code reader, instructions on where the key can be picked up.

Exchange and cancellation terms

The person making the reservation has the right to cancel their reservation within the framework of the following cancellation terms. The cancellation period is 24 hours. For later cancellations, we charge 100% of the price of the reservation. The City of Naantali reserves the right to cancel a reservation unilaterally without obligations.

The city has the right to cancel a reservation before the reserved time, for example, due to the city's own activities, an event, or a situational condition. In this case, the paid price will be refunded to the customer if it is an individual reservation. In regular shift reservations, the city has the right to cancel 25% of the shifts without a refund (e.g., the tennis court is closed for use when it rains or the court is wet) before the reserved time.

The City of Naantali is not responsible for sudden and unforeseen obstacles (for example, water damage, fire, vandalism, industrial action, measures by authorities, interruption of public transport or payment traffic, telecommunications disruptions, or other similar Force Majeure obstacles). Sudden or unforeseen obstacles will be announced on the online store's pages immediately after they occur, if notification is possible.

Problem situations

The customer must report any defects related to the facilities to the address tilanvaraus@naantali.fi and, in urgent matters, to the property maintenance emergency number 050 052 4020. Emergency number for outdoor sports facilities: 050 339 0534; weekdays 7:00–21:30 and weekends 07:00-15:30.

Equipment, software, and connections

The customer is responsible for acquiring the equipment, software, and network connections required to use the online store, as well as for their functionality and the costs they cause. They must not cause disruption or other harm to the online store or other network users.

Liability for damages

The City of Naantali is only liable to the customer for direct damages that it has caused through negligence by breaching the agreement. If it can be established that there is an error by the City of Naantali, the customer may be reimbursed for costs unjustifiably charged in the online store. The city is not liable for the customer's indirect damages, such as loss of income.

Dispute resolution

Any disagreements during the contract period will always be resolved primarily through mutual negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached in the negotiations, the matter will be submitted to the district court for resolution in accordance with Finnish law.

Other

The right to change the terms of delivery is reserved. The customer must familiarize themselves with the currently valid terms of delivery before placing an order.
