Open Sports Session Additional Terms

General Information about the Terms of Open Sports Sessions

In addition to these additional terms, the general terms of the online store apply to open sports sessions purchased online. If there is a conflict between these terms, the additional terms apply.

The ticket will be delivered to the email address provided by the customer. The ticket must be validated at the sports venue by showing it either to the evening use supervisor or at the validation device. The ticket is only valid for the specified venue and session.

Each user of the general sports session participates at their own risk and commits to the principles of a safe space: Principles for a safer space | www.tampere.fi .

Additionally, the user commits to following the evening use supervisor’s instructions during the session and to avoid causing financial or physical harm to others or themselves, taking other users into consideration.

Ticket Validity Period

The open sports session ticket must be validated within the selected time period, but it is valid for the entire duration of the session. You can check the length of the session in the Timmi reservation system: https://timmi.tampere.fi/.

Exchange and Return Policy

The 14-day cancellation right for distance selling, such as phone or online sales, does not apply to leisure services agreed for a specific time. Since the open sports session ticket is time-specific, there is no general right of cancellation or return for the ticket.

Problem Situations

In case of problems related to the open sports session, the customer should contact the sports services employee or evening supervisor, or email iltalipa@tampere.fi.

Other

The right to change the terms of delivery is reserved. The customer must review the currently valid terms before placing an order.
