Accessibility status of the digital service

The digital service largely meets the requirements (WCAG 2.1 A and AA).
Accessibility shortcomings have been identified in the service that make it harder to use with a keyboard or a screen reader.

Non-accessible content

The key accessibility shortcomings are described below according to WCAG criteria:

  • WCAG 2.1.2 (A): The calendar component causes a keyboard trap.
  • WCAG 1.1.1 (A): Some images are missing alternative text or have incomplete alternative text.
  • WCAG 1.3.1 (A): Heading levels do not follow a logical order or are missing entirely.
  • WCAG 1.4.1 (A): Color is used as the sole means of conveying information in some areas.
  • WCAG 1.4.3 (AA): The contrast between text and background is not sufficient in all areas.
  • WCAG 1.4.10 (AA): Content breaks or disappears when zooming in.
  • WCAG 1.4.11 (AA): The contrast of focus indicators is insufficient.
  • WCAG 1.4.12 (AA): Changing text spacing breaks the presentation of some buttons.
  • WCAG 2.4.3 (A): The focus order is not logical in all views.
  • WCAG 2.4.7 (AA): The focus indicator is not visible in all situations.
  • WCAG 3.3.1 (A): Error messages are missing in some places and are inconsistent.
  • WCAG 3.3.3 (AA): Error messages are insufficient for guidance purposes.
  • WCAG 4.1.2 (A): Some buttons and links have incomplete names, roles, or values.
  • WCAG 4.1.3 (AA): Not all dynamic changes are conveyed to the screen reader.

Schedule for fixes

Identified accessibility issues will be addressed during 2026 as part of the ongoing development of the service.
